How to get crispy and soft chips like fried ones
Peel the Fornatine and cut them with a potato cutter or a knife, trying to obtain sticks of regular size.
Keep them under running water for a few minutes and dry them well with a towel.
Season the sticks with olive oil, salt and rosemary.
Arrange the sticks in a single layer, avoiding that they overlap, on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200/220# for about 18/20 minutes, until the sticks are golden.
