Green bean and tuna potato salad

Ingredients for 2 people
350 g of green beans
1 medium potato
80 g natural tuna
salt and pepper
extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon of capers
Take the green beans, cut them off and save them. Take a medium-sized potato, otherwise 3 small, wash it thoroughly and boil it until it is tender (start it with a fork, if the tip enters easily then it is ready).
Remove the cooked potato from the water, salt with boiling water and blanch the green beans for about 6 minutes. Let the boiled potato cool, once cold remove the skin and cut into cubes, take the tomatoes and wash them thoroughly. Cut them into 4 parts.
Put the green beans, chopped tomatoes and the diced boiled potato in the salad bowl, season with salt, pepper and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Add capers and even tuna to the natural and stir.
Serve as a salad or as a main course.
