Today we want to delight you with a very special recipe: the potato and carrot pie. To realize it and share it with us was a dear friend, Wilma. But let’s see what it takes to prepare it…
Wash carrots and potatoes well under running water, peel and mash in potato mash.
Lay the mixture in a greased pan previously together with a dusting of breadcrumbs.
Cut into slices or into small pieces scamorza and ham and lay over the layer of potatoes and carrots.
Complete the dish with the last layer of potatoes and carrots.
Bake for 30 minutes at 180, so as to gratify it properly!
Impiatta and serve your guests: they will be amazed!!
