Mushroom potato pie and baked sausage
Today we offer you the recipe to prepare a pie. Perfect to be served as a main course or as a second course succulent and complete.
250 g sliced mushrooms
200 ml of cooking cream
100 g grated Parmesan cheese
150 g of smoked scamorza
100 g of sweet caciotta
extra virgin olive oil.
Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes and put them to cook in the pot with water.
As soon as they are soft, Drain them from the water and let it cool away.
Season with oil and salt.
Cook the mushrooms in a pan with oil, garlic, parsley and salt.
Peel the sausages and cut them into small pieces, cook them in a pan.
Once all the main ingredients are cooked, put them all together in a large bowl, pour in the cream, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped cheeses, and salt system.
Season everything well and transfer it to an oven dish with bottom sprinkled with oil and breadcrumbs.
Bake all in the oven preheated to 180 thus. for about half an hour; once cooked, remove it from the oven, let it rest 5/10 minutes and then serve.
Use a good non-stick frying pan so you don’t have to put olive oil during the cooking of the sausages (they will pull out their own natural fat and cook accordingly).
