Potato and cod pie

When the cod meets the potatoes, an unusual pie is born… Find out the recipe in this article!

Ingredients for 8 people

4 potatoes
2 soaked cod
800 g eggs
30g butter
4 slices of bread per box
2 bay leaves
1 clove of garlic
30 gr parmesan
5 dl whole milk
orange q.b.
1 bunch of sage
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Remove the cod from the bones, cut it into large pieces, put them in a saucepan with bay leaf, cover with milk and cook over low heat for 20 minutes.

Peel the potatoes and cut into 3 mm slices.

Butter a cake tin of 22 cm, line it with parchment paper and cover it with slices of potato (Ienine aside some), surmounting them.

Drain the cod and blend 2/3 with eggs, bread without breadcrumbs, garlic, pepper and some sage leaves.

Pour the mixture into the mold, alternating with the remaining potatoes and cod. Complete with melted butter and Parmesan, then bake the potato pie at 200

Let the potato and cod pie rest a few moments before turning out and season with the orange peels and the remaining fried sage.

Now your pie is ready to serve.
