Sea bream fillet gratins and milk and bay potato gratins

Today’s recipe is very different from those proposed so far, because it is based on fish. The inspiration we found in the relaxation of a Sunday afternoon. Would you like to know ingredients and preparation of a really delicious dish?

Ingredients (for 4 people)

4 potatoes
60 grams of pecorino cheese
600 grams of bream fillets
2.5 dl of milk
butter
white pepper
salt
laurel

Proceeding

Bring abundant water to the boil. In the meantime, peel 4 potatoes, wash them, cut them into very thin slices and dip them in boiling water for about 2 minutes; then drip gently with the drilled blade so that they do not break.

Butter a pan suitable for the oven and have 600 g of sea bream fillets alternating with potatoes and some bay leaves.

Season to taste with salt, pepper to taste, cover with 2.5 dl of milk. At this point start to cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes.

Remove from heat, sprinkle the surface of the preparation with 60 g of grated pecorino cheese and a few flakes of butter. Transfer the pan to the oven with the grill turned on and let gratin until the cheese turns golden.
