Velvety classic potato
Here is a quick and easy dish to prepare on cold winter evenings to warm you up during a family dinner.
Ingredients for 4 people
200 gr. red-peeled potatoes
30 gr. of white onion
40 gr. of olive oil
q.b. meat broth
40 gr. semi-ripened cheese
40 gr. of speck
4 gr. of aromatic herbs
It begins by making meat broth. Then take a pot, add the olive oil and the chopped onion and fry slightly. In the meantime cut the potatoes into small pieces and add them to the sauté.
Add the meat broth and cook for about 30 minutes (cooking may vary depending on the type of potato).
When everything is cooked, remove the pot from the heat and make the mixture homogeneous using a submersible mixer.
Serve it hot with a flio of oil on the surface, add some cubes of semi-matured cheese and speck to taste.
Finally, it smells with aromatic herbs.
